Wanted 8 Channel Mic Preamp (North End)

I'm looking for a mic preamp that has 8 channels, each channel can have either a balanced mono XLR or TRS input and an independent TS line output per channel with a 1u rack mount form factor. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, if it amplifies the signal then it will work. Also looking for a Realistic 32-1210 Mixing Console if you really want to help out. Thanks for viewing!
