• Chevy Suburban Z71 or Tahoe (late model years)
• Cadillac Escalade (ESV or standard)
Preferences:
• Black exterior
• Black leather interior
• 2nd-row split bench preferred (captains OK)
• Must be a year in which all rear seats fold completely flat
• Will also consider a clean 4x4 pickup (F-350 Diesel Crew Cab long bed, Duramax 2500/3500, or Z71 Silverado)
About the Purchase Structure:
We prefer not to use conventional bank financing
Open to a simple private-party owner-finance, rent, or lease-to-own arrangement through our LLC (est. 2012).
This would be a short-term structure with a payoff typically under 12 months.
