S&L Transport is hiring a CDL-A driver for a reefer OTR position.

We are a small family owned business and are looking to hire a driver to join our team. Flexible home time and good amount of miles on a consistent basis.

• 62 CPM, increasing to 65 CPM after the first 3 months
• Paid practical miles
• Guaranteed detention, layover, and extra stop pay
• Annual retention bonus (increases by $100 each year)
• 1099 position (W-2 option available upon request)

Equipment:

•2025 Freightliner Cascadia - Fridge, microwave, APU, inverter, Prepass

Requirements:
• 2 years OTR experience required
• Valid Class A CDL
• Verifiable driving history
• Clean driving record - No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving charges, etc.
