We are a small, family-owned trucking company based in Caldwell ID, seeking a reliable Over-the-Road (OTR) driver to join our team. We offer consistent miles, flexible home time, and a driver-first culture that has your back on and off the road.
Pay:
• 52 CPM, increasing to 55 CPM after the first 3 months
• Pay: $1500 - $2000+ (depending on home time)
• Flexible home time: 10-14 Days out, 3-4 Days home
• Average Miles Per Week: 3000 - 3500+
• Paid practical miles (loaded and empty)
• Guaranteed detention, layover, and extra stop pay
• Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit)
• Per diem pay (option at 2 CPM)

• 2 years OTR experience required
• Tank a plus, but not required
• Valid Class A CDL
• Verifiable driving history
• Clean driving record - No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving charges, etc. in the past 3 years
