Position Details
• Regional OTR Flatbed Position
• Operating primarily throughout the Western 11 states plus Texas
• Most lanes are Idaho out-and-back routes
• No endless coast-to-coast loops
• Efficient routing focused on maximizing miles while getting you home often

• Earn $95,000+ annually
• Weekly direct deposit
• At Boise Boys, you’re paid for EVERYTHING you do — miles are paid off the odometer, not zip-code miles, putting more money in your pocket
• Mileage incentive bonus — earn up to an additional 3 CPM
• Quarterly & annual safety bonuses — additional 2 CPM
• 12 CPM for Over Width and 8 CPM for Over Length
• Paid picks & drops - $25 Each
• Additional specialty picks & drops paid at $35 each
• Paid tarp & untarp — $50 each
• Paid detention

• Paid vacation based on 52-week average earnings

Equipment You’ll Drive
Our fleet is built with drivers in mind:
• Newer Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks
• Newer Western Trailer Elite flatbeds
• Trucks governed at 70 MPH
• Equipped with forward-facing and side-mounted rear-facing safety cameras only
• No inward-facing driver cameras

Driver Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience
• Flatbed experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• No drug or alcohol charges within the last 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
