Former Camp Trailer stripped down to plywood deck. Tows nice, I have pulled it about 200 Miles. Currently Light duty. Last used for hauling Pickup Beds and other times for moving several items last year.
You could beef it up with a 2x6 deck or more cross members if needed.
Tires are good, spare included. Not sure on axle capacity or brake condition. I don't have a brake hookup on my p/u.
