I have a lightly used 8x16 Southland trailer for sale. It is insulated very good with closed cell spray foam, except the back ramp, I just put 2 inch foam board on there so it can be removed. Comes with 240V AC and Cool-bot, and easily keeps temps under 41 degrees in the middle of summer.
