No longer have time to use
Working in it was great, would suggest to buy a portable ac unit during summer, during winter have been running anti freeze and flushing it out for service. No problems personally, very tight space, 3 people can work shoulder to shoulder. Have cooked for 250 people in a day with zero equipment malfunctions. No problems with cooling. On the very hot days refrigerator should be turned on 2 hours before to prevent danger zone temperatures for food safety
