We are hiring a Lead Carpenter to oversee and perform shed installations supporting our Tuff Shed contract. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who can work independently, maintain high quality standards, and manage jobsite productivity.
Position Overview
The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for installing sheds and shops, ensuring builds meet company quality standards and timelines. Structures are prepared in a factory and we handle final assembly on site. Larger buildings will require on site framing, ability to read architectural drawings is a must.
Compensation
Commission-based pay (performance based). Opportunity for strong earnings for efficient installers.

Responsibilities
- Lead installation of sheds and shops
- Framing, siding, door and window installation
- Maintain quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Load, transport, and manage tools and materials
- Work efficiently to meet installation schedules

Requirements
- Strong experience in framing, siding, doors, and windows
- Ability to lift and carry 100 lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- No felony convictions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and lead installations
