Job Requirements
• Must be 18+ years old & able to legally work in the US.
• 3+ years of experience as a foreman or crew lead. (Must be able to read blueprints, staking, and work in Tenths)
• Must have experience with grader and finish grade.
• Must have a US issued drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Self-driven with the ability to work unsupervised
• Experience with TopCon preferred
• Idaho CDL preferred but not mandatory
• Communicates/coordinates with state, city, and county inspectors
• Knowledge of Digline and local specifications
Responsible for
• Safe operation of multiple pieces of equipment (Grader, Dozer, Excavator, etc.)
• Manages a crew of 2-3 people
• Keep company trucks and equipment clean, greased, and schedule repairs with mechanics
• Safely digging around underground utilities
• Keeping job sites clean and progressing forward
