Job Summary
Full-time Flooring Installer needed for installations of LVP, laminate, hardwood and possible demo of remodels.
Hourly pay: $20–$30 based on experience. Based in Nampa, ID with site travel.
Key Responsibilities
• Install LVP, laminate, pre-finished hardwood and possibly vinyl, and carpet.
• Carefully demo old flooring in remodels without damaging surfaces or fixtures.
• Prepare sites, measure, cut, and fit materials accurately.
• Travel to jobs using personal vehicle; arrive on time and work full days.
• Maintain tools and follow safety standards.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years' experience preferred in flooring installation.
• Physically able to lift materials, kneel, and work full days.
• Self-motivated with can-do attitude; takes direction and follows through.
• Punctual and detail-oriented.
Preferred
• Subfloor prep experience.
• Vinyl and carpet experience
