My name is Zach and I'm the owner of Icon Construction. We specialize in custom remodeling. We are currently looking for an experienced carpenter/framer who is qualified to perform and oversee many phases of remodel work. Having your own tools is preferable, but we can provide tools if necessary. Having your own general liability insurance is preferable (this is a 1099 position), but we can negotiate and provide if necessary.
This can be an hourly position. We are willing to be generous with pay based on experience. Potential candidate can request their desired pay and we can discuss matching it.
This position is either part-time or full time (negotiable) depending on how many bids we are winning.
Smoking not allowed.
Profane music on job site not allowed.
