Nostalgic Paver Systems is hiring two experienced laborers to join our growing hardscape construction team. We specialize in high-end paver installations, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces throughout the Treasure Valley.

Position Overview
This is a hands-on, physically demanding position supporting paver and hardscape installation crews. Experience in landscaping, construction, or hardscape work is required.
Responsibilities
• Manual labor related to hardscape and landscape construction
• Material handling (pavers, block, base material, sand, tools)
• Site prep, excavation support, and jobsite cleanup
• Assisting installers and crew leads during construction
• Operating basic hand and power tools safely
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Following directions, plans, and company procedures
Requirements
• Prior experience in manual labor, landscaping, or construction required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team mindset
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Drug-free on the job
Pay & Schedule
• $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience
