We are a growing property maintenance company seeking a highly skilled, extremely detail-oriented technician to handle tenant calls, scheduled repairs, and occasional emergency service calls for local property management companies.
This position is for someone who focuses on one repair at a time, completes it thoroughly and correctly, and refuses to cut corners. If you take pride in precise workmanship, follow instructions carefully, and deliver dependable results every time—you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

• Handling tenant repair requests professionally and efficiently
• Completing repairs from start to finish before moving on to the next job
• Following detailed repair lists exactly as outlined
• Maintaining clean, organized work areas after repairs are completed
