We’re looking for a skilled construction professional who wants steady work, growth opportunity, and to be part of a company that’s building something long-term.
What You’ll Be Doing
Framing (walls, small additions, decks)
Drywall install & patching
Finish carpentry & trim
Cabinet installs
Demolition & job site prep
Working alongside subs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Keeping jobs clean and professional
Helping maintain a high-quality standard on every project
What We’re Looking For
5+ years hands-on residential construction experience
Comfortable reading basic plans & layouts
Skilled with common power tools
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Strong work ethic & good communication
Reliable transportation (truck preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license
Bonus if you:
Have finish carpentry experience
Can run small scopes independently
Want to grow into a leadership role
What We Offer
$25–$32/hour depending on skill & experience
