Hardscape Installer – Join a High-Performance Outdoor Construction Team

Pay: $20–$30+ per hour (DOE) + growth opportunities
Nostalgic Paver Systems is seeking a skilled Hardscape Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and building high-end outdoor spaces. We specialize in premium paver installations, retaining walls, drainage systems, porcelain and natural stone patios, and large custom outdoor living projects.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands proper installation practices and wants to grow into leadership.
### Responsibilities
- Perform site layout, excavation, grading, and base preparation
- Install open-graded and dense-graded base systems with proper compaction standards
- Screed bedding materials and install concrete, porcelain, and natural stone pavers
- Execute precise cuts, edge restraints, joint sanding, and final compaction
- Read plans, elevations, and layout strings to maintain alignment and drainage
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
- Follow company safety standards and daily jobsite procedures
### Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hardscape installation experience (5 years preferred)
- Understanding of proper base depths, compaction methods, and drainage principles
- Experience with skid steers, plate compactors, cut-off saws, and layout tools
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive team mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
