Key Responsibilities:
-Inspect and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in farm machinery
-Repair and maintain equipment including tractors, combines, sprayers, balers, and trucks
-Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrication, filter replacement, and tire repairs
-Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper performance
-Weld, fabricate, or modify metal parts and equipment
-Keep maintenance logs and service records for equipment
-Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components
-Ability to troubleshoot and repair agricultural machinery
-Experience with welding, fabrication, and power tools
-Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
-Ability to read service manuals and technical diagrams
-Physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in outdoor environments
