Rout-r-lift in excellent condition. I used this for many years with a 5HP Porter Cable router attached. I am getting to old for woodworking now, so I am clearing our some of my woodworking tools. This is an excellent performer giving precise height control. If you are thinking of building your own router table or shaper this is an excellent base for your router. This unit is still solid and tight, with no run-out or wiggle.
