Looking for someone to take over the lease for my studio apartment in downtown Boise. The unit is with LOCAL Boise (https://localboiseapts.com/). The unit is available ASAP and the lease is through January 17th, 2027.
The lease comes to a total of about $1,575.00 per month when you factor in wifi, water, and utilities that are all included with the lease. There is currently a pet on the lease as well which can be removed for a $40.00 per month reduction.
There is off street parking available next to the building which is where I currently park, however there is an attached parking garage where “Parking” can be added to the lease for an additional $175.00 per month if you would prefer.
The incentive to take over this lease rather go through LOCAL is that I am willing to pay the first full month's rent for the person taking over the lease. There are also currently no available studio units within the building so this would be the only opportunity to move into one. Lastly, the unit comes with a mounted TV and a dishwasher to go along with an unit washer and dryer. I am also willing to leave behind my full bed and bed frame if needed as well. It is a very nice bed frame that offers charging outlets and storage underneath the bed.
