Career Path and Ownership Opportunity-
Immediate Hiring:
We need a motivated person to start as soon as possible.
Training Phase:
You will work side-by-side with the owner for approximately 2 months to master our 10-minute repair and our exact customer service script. Once your open/close script is memorized, you start making money!
Solo Promotion:
After training, you will move to our high-volume Fairview dealership location to run operations solo.
Earning Potential:
Realistic first year earnings of $60,000 to $90,000 per year ($28.85 to $43.27 per hour).
Franchise Opportunity:
After 5 years of successful employment, you will qualify for the opportunity to start your own Rock Chip Hero franchise with massive income potential!
Responsibilities:
Perform expert rock chip repairs using company-provided professional kits.
Work outdoors year-round in all Idaho elements (summer heat and winter cold).
Deliver our mandatory service script with 100% accuracy to ensure customers have the right info.
Manage a high-volume dealership site on Fairview as a solo operator.
Provide world-class service that maintains our top-rated Google review status.
Requirements-
Commitment to Learning:
You must be willing to do "homework" to memorize the script and techniques.
Physical Resilience:
Ability to work outside in the elements all year long.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
We want someone who wants to eventually own their own business.
Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Must sign a Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
