The Supervisor, Inside Sales leads and directs the Inside Sales team, ensuring efficient operions, strong customer relionships, and revenue growth through effective sales stregies. This role supports the sales team in achieving performance goals and enhances the customer experience through leadership and operional efficiency.

Sales Performance & Accountability

• Set individual sales quotas, track performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and sales targets.
• Win, grow, and retain books of business.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and revenue
  generion.

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide daily oversight, coaching, and mentorship to inside sales account executives.
• Hire, train, and develop inside sales team members, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Facilite ongoing training programs for Account Executives to enhance their ability to consultive selling and relionship management.
• Monitor and assess sales calls, conducting regular coaching sessions for continuous
  improvement.

Operional & Process Management

• Manage call flow within the Call Management System, ensuring proper operional coverage.
• Monitor team workflows and implement stregies to improve efficiency in managing pipelines, account retention, and lead conversion.
• Maintain accuracy of all sales da entered into CRM and sales systems.
• Oversee and approve timecard entries for the team.
• Provide weekend/holiday coverage as necessary.

Customer & Cross-Functional Collaborion

• Act as an escalion point for customer concerns while ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to retain and expand existing accounts.
• Resolve pricing and sales-reled challenges in collaborion with leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to optimize asset availability and sales fulfillment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION

Associe degree in business or a reled field, or equivalent combinion of educion and experience.

EXPERIENCE

3 years of sales experience.

2 years of supervisory experience in call center/inside sales field.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relionships th drive business growth. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM plforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.

• Proven leadership in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.

Target $24k+ in commissions

$85k+ (base plus commissions)
