About the Role:
As an In-Home Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers providing product information, answering questions, and supporting the team through the consultation process. This is a face to face role with in home appointments, so professionalism and clear communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled in-home visits with customers
Deliver engaging, informative presentations on system features
Answer all questions and guide customers toward the best solutions
Ensure positive and professional experience from start to finish
What You Bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, dependable, and solutions oriented mindset
Prior experience in customer service or sales a plus, but not required
Ability to manage time independently and work in a fast-paced setting
