Their efficiency is unmatched! They use hardly any electricity that it's almost hard to believe. They work phenomenally, blow crisp cold air even on the hottest days, and nice warm air on the coldest. Most of them work in very cold temperatures, down to the negatives. Not only are they crazy efficient and effective, but they are super reliable as well. Very rarely do I hear of them having any problems.
Mini splits are becoming more and more popular, but despite that, most guys don't understand the installation like I do and charge way too much money for them. I don't mind installing a system you have already purchased, or if you want to buy your own to save a few bucks. I charge $115 per man hour to install them, plus the cost of extra parts and materials. If you provide the equipment, I can not warranty them. Sorry, I can't warranty anything I don't provide, I can only warranty my workmanship. In other words, was it installed correctly and working properly.

Basic pricing for a Single Zone 9k BTU (300-400 ft²) and short electrical run is $3,900 or Single Zone 24k BTU (700-1000 ft²) and short electrical run is $5,200 as examples. These come with a 12 year parts warranty direct from Samsung or Daikin, for which we are factory authorized dealers/installers, most other brands have 10 year warranties.
