We are a local, professional home repair and remodeling company looking to partner with established subcontractor crews for ongoing work.
We are specifically seeking crews of 2–3 individuals who are experienced installers with strong backgrounds in one or more of the following:
• Flooring installation
• Cabinet installation
• Finish carpentry
• Interior remodel work
• Trim, doors, and detailed finish work
Our projects are primarily occupied residential homes, so professionalism, communication, and respect for the home are critical.
What We Do
We focus on skilled repair and remodeling projects that are too small for large general contractors but require experienced craftsmanship. Typical projects include flooring installs, cabinet installs, interior updates, finish carpentry, and remodel work. Most jobs are 1–3 days, with some larger projects mixed in.
What We’re Looking For
• Established crews or individuals (must carry insurance)
• Multiple years of hands-on trade experience
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with homeowners and our team
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Professional appearance and jobsite behavior
• Licensed and insured (or willing to provide documentation)
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently
**Must have a clean background. This is not negotiable and we will check.
This is a subcontractor relationship, not employment.
CREWS SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE PRICING COMPLETE SCOPES AND WORKING FROM WRITTEN JOB SPECIFICATIONS.
