I'm looking a for a room to rent around $800 or less. I'm looking for a room in the South Boise or South Meridian area, but I'm open to nearby areas. I'd prefer a private bathroom, but I'm fine sharing a bathroom with someone. I don't mind helping out around the house. I work full time and do side jobs on my time off. I stay in my room when I'm home, but I'm not anti-social.
In my current situation, my roommates are moving in their nephew to help them with medical home residents. They need my room for him. I prefer a stable housing situation where I'm not having to worry about this kind of situation of having to move on short notice.
