Seeking room or other arrangement to rent, kinda urgent.

Hello! I'm on a Hail-Mary search: I and others were given unofficial notice that the place we're all currently living in is being sold by the owner. So...here I am, looking for a room to rent, long-term.
I'm a 59YO male, single & not looking for a relationship: I have very-stable Social Security Disability income (not SSI) and can afford $600/month rent, perhaps a little more. I have zero criminal record, no arrests, no outstanding legal issues and my credit is "Very Good". I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, do no street-drugs of any kind...I don't even use caffeine.
I own a car in excellent-running condition, well-maintained. Also, I will gladly avail my skill-set, which includes advanced auto mechanics and home improvement. I am a former general contractor who can do almost everything except foundations, major electric and gas.
So, what is my disability? I have major fibromyalgia; it prevents me from working full-time but I can do my skills at a bit of a slower pace for friends. But I do what I do with quality in mind. There are several home-improvement things I've done here in my current residence for my current landlord...all with quality and excellence. I'm proud of my talents. As far as cars: I can perform auto maintenance, do car repairs, can overhaul engines. I have tools...both automotive and home-improvement.
Despite my disability, no special accommodations are needed. I do have light Level 1 autism (with features of what was once called Asperger Syndrome and a projected 150 IQ) which does not interfere with anything.
Furthermore, my rental history is excellent for the past 10 years and beyond. I have always paid rent, have never been late with rent and always paid rent in-full. Zero exceptions. My priorities are set.
I'm ideally looking for a living situation which is non-familial; I'm used to boarding situations with shared kitchen/bath. I can pull my own weight as far as cleaning and chores. I'm clean, quiet, conscientious. Non-street parking would be good, too...my car's my "baby". I also have an e-scooter.
One last thing: I don't at all mind LGBTQIA+ as I fall under the umbrella (A). But I can't at all be around or near "420" as it makes me violently physically ill. That's no joke. It's not an allergy as medically defined but nonetheless, it's bad. Which is just as well since I don't like anything which intoxicates, stimulates, numbs or anything anyway.
If this situation seems okay with you and you have a room or other sort of arrangement available, please feel free to contact me...let's talk. I'll have to give 30 days' notice here; a mid-month move with 30 days' prior notice given here should be do-able. Ada or Canyon County preferred. Thank you!
