Selling my 2018 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series 295RL fifth wheel. I’ve lived in it full-time for a little over a year, but I have not traveled with it. The previous owners took good care of it, however, there were some issues not disclosed to us. It has been a comfortable camper to live in. I want to be completely transparent about the condition so buyers know exactly what they’re getting.

This is a great floorplan with the rear living room layout that Grand Design is known for. Everything major has worked well while living in it.

Known Issues / Cosmetic Wear

Since I lived in it full time there is some cosmetic wear:
• Couch and recliners have cat scratches and wear
• Two cabinets have damage (see photos)
• Bedroom carpet has wear
• Window blind in living room is damaged
• Door screen has some damage
• Small plastic tray in refrigerator is cracked
• Electric water heater does not work (gas works perfectly and is what I’ve used)
• Auto leveling switch does not work, I have just leveled it manually
• Some general cosmetic wear to cabinets and trim from normal living

Other than the items above, the camper has been comfortable and functional to live in.
