I have a camper trailer that is an A-frame. It’s in rough condition, but it’s absolutely easy to fix even though it’s rough. I’ve had several people come look at it that were seniors and each and one of them said no it’s too much for them. I believe you shouldn’t come and look at it if you feel it’s gonna be too hard for you. But it’s pretty normal And an easy fix.
One side of the wall needs new paneling you have to cut out paneling to match the wall. I have the locks you have to install the locks and once you do, it will completely seal at the top so it doesn’t leak and it’s safe to go into there is a YouTube video. It shows that you would spray you would use spray glue. You would cut out your paneling, install your paneling and install the locks so that way it makes a complete. We had a storm a week ago in treasure Valley and it rained all inside. I was gonna sell it for 3000 even in the condition it’s in, but it’s not as pretty. It needs a good clean up too because of the storm. So it’s $1500. I have the title. Also one more thing about 2 feet of the walk-in next to the door the paneling on the floor 2 feet of it needs to be replaced and then put some more linoleum over that. No, I won’t go less than 1500. Don’t ask I was gonna do 3000 even before the storm so 1500 is a good deal.
