2003 24' Gulfstream Independence - $24,000 (West Boise)

Back bedroom with double bed, booth turns into twin bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette. Upgraded Harman Kardon sound system with CD player and all connection types. I installed back and side camera system - cannot remember brand so will include later. Will add interior photos later this week.
I spent $4K to get it saleable, new batteries, all systems checked and fixed. It has no leaks, roof is in great condition, and is airtight. I've had no rodent or pest issues in the 14 years I have owned it. It needs tires estimated to be $1660. Some tears in awning - tried to get picture, cracked windshield for as long as I have had it. Minor dent passenger rear cargo door.
Gray tank hose and gaskets included, as well as some electrical stuff.
You will not find a comparable Class A at this price. A local service department 14 years ago, and another 2 weeks ago, expressedly raved about the conditions of my RV, both inside and out, and how well maintained it had been. I have all service records for the 3 owners, as well as all manuals, etc., and a notebook I put together for me.
