Must like dogs and I have 2 chickens that have their own run in the backyard. my dog is 50 lbs, 5 1/2 years old, quiet, and very well trained.
Because I work from home, I need the house relatively quiet, I prefer someone who is busy with their life, works full time, goes to school full time or a combination.
Rental agreement is month to month, Preference for someone who is planning to stay 6 months minimum. No animals except one, well trained dog possible depending on all circumstances... This is not a hangout house, no smoking, drinking or drugs. You must have sufficient income to afford your rent, food, bills, life's necessities. A background check is required.
Rent = $550/month + 1/2 utilities + refundable deposit.
