The room measures 10’x10.5’. (Please note: the first image is a wide-angle picture that exaggerates the size; the second picture is more accurate).There is a bed in the room you’re free to use, or it can be removed prior to move-in. You would share a bathroom with one other person, but he leaves for work fairly early and is very tidy so it shouldn’t be an issue. There is also a smaller bedroom available for use as a home-office if that’s something you want to negotiate.
You’d have full use of all common areas. The house has on-site laundry; a fully fenced yard; AC; all the dish-ware, cookware, and appliances you’d need; internet with a few streaming services on the main TV, but no cable/satellite. The neighborhood is very quiet, has a pretty nice pool, dog park, and walking paths. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, and gyms within a five-minute drive.
Rent would be $750/mo., which includes all utilities, with the first month due upon moving in. I’m happy to answer any questions so feel free to ask.
