I am looking for roommates to share my home. this is almost 5000 sq ft not including the garages . I am looking for roommates that are into fitness and that are health conscious . I have a full gym that is comparable to a commercial gym . and all of it is usable equipment. the rooms are in great shape and most have big walk in closets. there is a washer and dryer, 3 refrigerators and room in the kitchen . I am looking for someone that is honest and trustworthy. I don't want any drama or anyone who parties, smokes or drinks. I do a back ground check so if you have a record or on probation please do not apply. NO pets or animals of any kind. All rooms are unfurnished. I am quiet and expect the house to stay that way. I keep to my self and I am very frugal. any of the rooms not being using will be closed off so we are not heating them. I do not use air conditioning at all. heat is set at 65 in the winter. no external heaters aloud. deposit is the same $ amount as the room. the rooms are single occupancy, one person and one parking space out side per room. If you don't have both the full rent and full deposit at time of move in please don't text me and ask for anything else. I will not budge . I only except cash or cashiers check. This is a healthy house. I try to get roommates to eat with a healthy lifestyle in mind. lots of fruits and vegetables. I don't push it on anyone but if you want to become healthier this is a great start. there is a garden out back.
