Rent is 2386 a month plus utilities total

Will the bathroom be shared or is it private? Looking for two roommates, so once that happens the bathroom will be shared.
Are the shared areas furnished? I will be refurnishing the home, but if you had furniture you wanted to bring we could probably make something work.
Is the bedroom furnished? one room could have a bed if needed, could also bring your own furniture

Where is the parking located? Street and driveway, garage currently has camper but it will be sold soon and my truck doesn't fit so you could use once the camper sells
City where located: Northwest Boise, near state and Bogart
Drive time to downtown Boise: 15 -20 minutes
Airport: 15-20 minutes
Meridian St. Lukes: 25 minutes
Meridian St. Alphonse’s 10 minutes
Date available: March 7th, could potentially make earlier work

It's a nice, new home in a quiet safe neighborhood. Nice little park and a few hiking trails nearby. I am travelling equipment operator so there will weeks out of the month I won't be there. I don't really care too much about age or gender, I'm pretty easy going. I am looking for two roommates, so once that happens the bathroom will be shared. I'm out of town at the moment, but will be back on the 19th if you would like to see the place. I'll also update with current pics but once my ex moves out the place will be mostly unfurnished until I buy new furniture in March.
