I have a room for rent at my rental home. I am a fun, young 62 year old female. My home is fully furnished including the room for rent so alls one would really need are the clothes on their back. I have dogs so you must be a dog lover. I smoke, but outside only. I am just looking for someone who can share the rent, (all utilities included) is respectful and kind and someone with a sense of humor. I work full time and weird hours so I am not around a ton.
