My name is Charlie and relocating to the Treasure Valley. I have all my furniture in storage. I have pretty much everything needed.
I am a well travelled veteran (OEF/OIF) with a degree in Economics. I have a 35 lb service dog who is very friendly with dogs, cats, babies, etc.
I would prefer a male veteran roomate but open to anyone respectful and clean.
I have an 800 credit score and looking to rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath house anywhere in the treasure valley. I have furniture for the 3rd bedroom which would be a guest room for both of us. 2 car garage so we’d each have a parking spot.
I would pay the majority of the rent, buy the washer/dryer if needed and the utilities.
