Our home is a 3100+ square foot home that has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We rent the bedrooms out individually. The bedrooms are approx. 150 sf. Each is available for $675.00 per month (single person only). Rent for the room is the room rent PLUS utilities. The utilities are shared by all the tenants equally. You can rent one room or more, if available. Currently, there is one room at this price, Room 5.

About the property: The house is in a very nice neighborhood with a fenced backyard with automatic sprinklers. There is a large sun deck and a covered patio to hang out in the yard. There is some space for gardening as well. The house is furnished and the kitchen is set up for eating and cooking. There is an extra freezer and refrigerator for all to use as well. This is a two-story house with common areas consisting of a living room, two family rooms, a formal dining area, and eat-in kitchen, another cooking area with a dining area, and laundry room.
