This is an older, solid built, single level, 1200sf, 3 bedroom 2 bath house, close to the Glenwood and State retail crossroads.
Tons of shopping/eating/entertainment choices in the area.
All bedrooms have their own keyed lock on the door.
The rooms have enough space to fit a twin, full or queen bed, desk & dresser, it would be a great space to crash at the end of the day, not to camp out in 24/7.
The rest of the home is furnished and kitchen dishes/pots/pans/utensils/etc. provided.
Clean House, Quiet Atmosphere
We do charge for utility overages so we ask everyone in the home to be aware of utility usage and the amount of streaming content.
Can split up the deposit or rent into payments if credit/background check comes back ok and you have steady employment.
MUST be employed (35 hrs/week or more), or a full time student (12 credits or more), clean, tidy, can pass a background check and have an ok credit check and in possession of all your mental faculties.
Also, you must clean up after yourself. Do your dishes after cooking since the pots and pans are shared. Otherwise, maid service will be hired and rent goes up $100 per month per person
