Looking for someone to take over my lease!

- End of June (Around June 25th)

- 3 bed/3 bathroom apartment! You get your own bedroom and bathroom. I am taking my bedroom and bathroom stuff, but everything else is staying for the most part!

- Rent is about $850/month (fluctuates between $820-$870 depending on utilities i.e. power and wifi)

- Located off of Federal Way - 3 minutes from BSU and super close to Fred Meyer!

- the complex has a 24/7 gym, pool, and clubhouse and no parking passes needed!

My two roommates are females, mid 20's. I am moving out and looking for someone to take my spot! Both roommates work full-time and are super chill. One roommate has a cat named Princess and she is SO nice!
