I have private bedroom + private bathroom available on a month to month basis. This is ideal for someone attending the Northwest Lineman College spring semester between April - July 2026, as you would be about 10 minutes away from the school depending on morning traffic. Rent is $550 a month flat (I cover utilities) so this is much cheaper and closer than the housing that the school offers! The room has a full bed, a closet, dresser, desk, office chair, and the window offers a nice view of the neighborhood. Everything you need to get those A+ grades.
There is plenty of unregulated parking in the street, this is in a really safe and quiet neighborhood, mostly a bunch of families with kids living out here. I also some room in the garage if you need to store anything like tools, your kit, etc. Just let me know in advance so I can make space. I've got some weights and a bench if you're trying to get your pump on, a washer + dryer for laundry, a full kitchen and gas bbq grill that you're free to use.
