Free range of kitchen, living room, laundry, for 650.00 a month for students ($750 non students) . $300.00 deposit (non-refundable). You're responsive for cleaning the room and bathroom when you leave, get it ready for the next tenant .😊

The house is occupied with Couple and Son, Yorkies and 1 outside cat. Street parking. The room is quiet. Private.
No smoking/ drugs/ pets.
