I’m seeking a small office or retail store front, with road signage, for an art gallery/work studio. I am a professional artist that creates original artwork on a contract basis. I work between the hours of 10 AM and 8 PM, with 2-3 clients coming by per day. I need a space under or around 1000sq.ft. with wood, tile, or concrete flooring, a bathroom and a couple of available parking spaces. I would like to stay in the city of Boise or Meridian with a total rent of no more than $1000 per month, possibly a little more depending on the space, location and size.
