Claims Specialist & Customer Service Representative
Are you experienced in the automotive industry and looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced office environment? TrustPoint Administrators is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Claims Specialist & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, repair facilities, and vendors across the country to assist in the vehicle service contract claims process while delivering exceptional customer service every day.
We’re looking for someone who communicates professionally, thrives in a high-volume environment, and enjoys building strong relationships with vendors and customers alike.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers, repair facilities, and vendors in a high-volume call environment
- Assist with processing vehicle service contract claims
- Manage and maintain positive vendor relationships
- Accurately document claim activity and customer interactions in internal systems
- Work closely with the Director of Claims Administration
- Coordinate with repair facilities regarding claim approvals, repair information, and documentation
- Provide efficient, professional, and solution-oriented customer service
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous automotive industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Experience using internet-based systems and software
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
