Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.
Responsibilities Include:
-Welcome guests with a smile and identifying customer needs.
-Selling and promoting products, providing excellent customer service to each guest.
-Explaining products to customers and asking questions to determine the right product for them.
-Maintaining a clean store presence
-Cash handling
-Processing customer orders and thank them for visiting us. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of your management team.
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years of age or older with valid ID. Must be 19 to sell alcohol.
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to build rapport with customers.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor.
-Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically.
(Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.)
