This Position will require the qualified candidate to develop strong customer service skills, effectively present client services to new clients, and close new business.
The Customer Service Agent duties may include but are not limited to:
- Working INSIDE TOP local retailers
- Enthusiastic representation of our clients services to potential clients
- Assisting our clients in the retention and acquisition of business customers
- Supervising and coaching account managers and account executives.
- Learning the business aspect of running a marketing firm
- All business & communication aspects in between our clients and their target market
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- 1-2+ years of retail experience preferred -- Not required! All in house training provided!!
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Work Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive nature & goal oriented
- Student mentality
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy environment
