My is Dale Fleischman,I am looking for CSW work.I have a lot of experience working with special needs folks.My son,Rusty was very special needs and needed 24/7 care.He lived at home with me and my wife until he was 41.Covid took my only son in 2021 and I am wanting to reestablish myself in the field of special needs care.I am current on cpr and first aid.I am looking for a client that is affiliated with Consumer direct care.I am looking for 2 or 3 full shifts per week.
