2000 7.4 "454" Engine Core - $1,000 (Hammett)

I did not want to mess with shipping it back, they only gave a few weeks to return the core anyway.
The old engine has 230,000 miles on it, did not use oil, ran great, good oil pressure.
The only issue was it had a rattle at high rpm. possible wrist pin?
Good core for a rebuild.
The core charge was $1000.00
I bought this GMC new in 2000 it's been a great truck.
