I have a 5000 series steel pipe headache rack by the company Rack-it that fit my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. It should fit other models as well usually from 2005 to 2014. Please check fitment at their website, rackitinc.com. It is the single bar that fits up behind the cab. Could use a paint job or powder coat. Comes with installation hardware. Price new was 399.

Comes with a set of Toyota Tacoma bed, cleats as well.
