Searching For Basset Hound (Puppy or Young) (Fruitland)

ISO info: I'm searching for a Basset Hound, young or puppy. I'd rather not spend a lot on it, preferably NOT over $400. Purebred preferred. I'll be ready to adopt around mid - late December. I use fear free training, no crates as punishment, absolutely no shock collars, and I'm willing to potty train.
Requirements: Up to date on core shots (parvo, rabies, distemper, adeno).
Info on me & my home: I have two cats, both indoor. I've had a Basset Hound before; she lived till she was 16. I have a big house, a nice big yard and live in a nice neighborhood. We're a good distance away from any busy roads. In my neighborhood there are dogs and small children. My home consists of me (17), my mom (50), my dad (48), and my brother (20).
