Lovebird seeks companion (Boise)

I was adopted by my current human over a year ago, and despite my best efforts, the other lovebird in the house doesn’t like me. So, I’m lonely when my human is at work.
I am hoping to find another male lovebird companion. I tried to convince my human to get me a female, but my human says we can’t have any breeding, as there are enough caged birds in the world. So, my human says that we must confirm that my new companion is male - no guessing.
I live in an indoor aviary with lots of toys and space to fly around. My human takes good care of me, which I appreciate (but also resent because she makes me eat vegetables). I have grown so much in this home. When I first arrived here, I was deathly afraid of humans, but with lots of love, a better diet, ample space, and attention, I will now sit on my human’s shoulders and arms. I don’t live in fear anymore!
So, Craigslist readers, if you have a male lovebird who needs a new home, please reach out to my human! I would really love to have a new friend - and give another lovie a good home. Thank you!
