Responsibilities:
-Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents
-Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
-Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants
-Keep accurate records of leads, showings, and leasing activity
- Conduct inspections
Qualifications:
-Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
